Forms of Payment
We accept cash, check, and credit card for any balances due. We also offer payment plans for self-pay and out-of-network patients.
In-Network Insurance
We currently accept Medicare and Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance plans, and we will submit claims on your behalf if you desire. Please click here for more information about contacting your insurance company to determine your benefits.
Out-of-Network Insurance
We are happy to see out-of-network patients as well. We will provide an itemized receipt for you to apply for reimbursement from your carrier, but you will be responsible for the up-front costs. Direct Payment
Some patients prefer to pay for neuropsychological services directly, most often for privacy reasons. Patients may also be interested in an evaluation in the absence of a “medically necessary” reason, such as in the case of baseline evaluations or developmental/educational questions. We will provide an initial estimate of total costs, once we learn more about the extent and duration of the evaluation that will be required.
